We bring together information about mortgage offerings available from third-parties in a single location as a service to our clients. While we make every effort to ensure that the information we provide is current, we cannot guarantee that the third-parties have kept us informed about their most up-to-date offers and so we cannot be held liable for such inaccuracies.
We accept applications through this website subject to the Terms described below. Use of this website requires acceptance of these terms.

Content Backups
Although regular backups of content are performed, VHCM does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. However, the company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect backups.

Governing Law
VHCM Ltd. cannot be held liable for any activity outside of its jurisdiction. It is the user’s responsibility to contact the company about any dispute or concern. VHCM will endeavour to efficiently resolve any complaints. Ontario and Canadian law will govern all website and company activities. Should any issues need to be resolved through the courts, the matters will be decided by judge only, not a jury in the city of Toronto.
Your use of the application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Termination
VHCM may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your ability to access the website or portions thereof. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:

You acknowledge and agree that all terminations may be made by VHCM in its sole discretion and that VHCM shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to this website or for the removal of any of the materials uploaded by you to the website. Promotions
If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules for the promotion as well as our privacy policy will take precedence over these Terms.
Disclosure for Referral
If you have been referred by a realtor, or other referral source, they referrer must make you, the client aware that they are part of the referral program with VHCM and that they will be paid of referral fee as part of the program. The referrer must comply with all standard tax laws as well as the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 30, Sched. C.
